Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American actress and performer who is of Dutch descent, is the daughter of a Dutch native. Her most well-known work is her theatre work and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has an ethnic Dutch background as well as being an American singer/actor best known for frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. In 2006 she was the voice of Heather as Heather in Kim Possible. She was also given her first voice-over role. Van der Poli recorded numerous tracks on behalf of Walt Disney Records, including one she co-wrote together with Raven-Symone and Orlando Brown for That's So the soundtrack of Raven. Over It, which she also composed as part of Stuck in the Suburbs The soundtrack for the film was a Disney Channel Original Movie. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on the pop/R&B version of The Lion King's Circle of Life (from The Lion King) as well as Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Makes ("A Dream Is a Wish that Your Heart Made") to be released as special editions of both movies. In 2006, she recorded the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania.
